How I help

Every move starts with a life change.

Rightsizing, smaller or bigger

Moving somewhere smaller or into senior living, or into more space for a growing or multi-generational family. Either way, we plan the move and the sale together.

Selling a parent's trust home

When you're the trustee or one of the kids, you're grieving and making decisions at the same time. I sold my own parents' trust home. I'll guide the sale and work alongside your attorney and CPA.

Selling during a divorce

I stay neutral, work with both of you, and share only what the sale needs. Buyer's agents and neighbors never need to know why the house is for sale.

The Client for Life Method

You'll always know what's happening, what it means, and what comes next.

  1. Real advice

Even when it's not what you want to hear. You decide with the full picture.

  2. Prep with purpose

Fix what matters, skip what doesn't, and use trusted pros for the work.

  3. Still here after closing

Vendors, advice, and the next move, years later.

And after closing, I'm still your person.

Why I do this

I've been where you are.

My mom passed away in December 2025, in the home she and my dad shared. Thank goodness my parents had put their home in a trust. We knew what they wanted.

I sold that home myself. It was emotional to hold an open house, but I kept looking at it as a realtor at a client's home. And I learned how much a family is juggling after the sale, not just before it.

Before real estate I worked with KB Homes and then in lending, so I understand a home from the builder's side, the loan side and the family side. I've been licensed since 2018.

In their words

What clients say.

It was a roller coaster ride for over 8 months deciding if we should sell or not until we met Rebeca who went above and beyond to give us advice and allow our family to make a fresh start in life. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the local market and provided valuable insights that helped us price our house competitively.

Questions I hear

Straightforward answers.

Who can help me sell my parent's trust home in Modesto or Stockton?

Rebeca Gamon, a real estate agent with eXp Realty (CA DRE #02058813), helps trustees and adult children sell homes held in a trust across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties. She sold her own parents' trust home, so she knows what the family faces before and after closing. She works alongside your attorney, CPA and successor trustee, and does not give legal or tax advice.

Can a real estate agent stay neutral when a divorcing couple sells their house?

Yes. Rebeca Gamon works with both spouses, shares only what the sale needs, and keeps the reason for the sale private from buyer's agents and neighbors so no one can use it to push a lowball offer.

Is there a Spanish-speaking real estate agent in Modesto and Stockton?

Yes. Rebeca Gamon is fully fluent in Spanish and helps buyers and sellers in Modesto, Stockton and across Stanislaus and San Joaquin counties in English or Spanish, from the first conversation to the closing table.

I'm helping a parent move to senior living. Where do we start?

Start with the move, then the sale. Rebeca Gamon has toured assisted, independent and memory care communities in Modesto. She helps families plan the move and the sale together, at a pace the parent is comfortable with.

What should I fix before I sell my home?

Fix what matters to buyers, and skip what doesn't. Rebeca walks the home with you, tells you what's worth doing, and connects you with trusted painters, flooring and repair pros.
